About Monad Terrace South Beach
Monad Terrace rises 14 stories and is surrounded by a stunning glittering lagoon in South Beach, which is home to a swathe of Art Deco buildings, elite shopping, entertainment, and sparkling white-sand beaches. The project includes 59 waterfront residences split between two buildings overlooking Biscayne Bay, capturing the play of daylight and water throughout. Residents have access to amenities like a 116-foot swimming pool and hot tub, a cafe and juice bar, and storage for bicycles and water sports equipment.
Each residence is carefully oriented to maximize views while providing seclusion. Its design's meticulous attention to detail and use of materials are manifested in the interplay of transparency and reflectivity throughout, making each space light-filled and exuberant.
The flourishing and unique neighborhood of South Beach, minutes from the organic beauty and cultural attractions of all of Miami Beach but with a character of its own, provides a natural setting for the unique waterfront living at Monad Terrace.
In collaboration with Kobi Karp, Ateliers Jean Nouvel artfully directs the play of reflections and water throughout the two towers. The development is the work of JDS Development and the interior design is also by Ateliers Jean Nouvel.
