About Monad Terrace South Beach
Monad Terrace rises 14 stories and is surrounded by a stunning glittering lagoon in South Beach, which is home to a swathe of Art Deco buildings, elite shopping, entertainment, and sparkling white-sand beaches. The project includes 59 waterfront residences split between two buildings overlooking Biscayne Bay, capturing the play of daylight and water throughout. Residents have access to amenities like a 116-foot swimming pool and hot tub, a cafe and juice bar, and storage for bicycles and water sports equipment.

THE TEAM
In collaboration with Kobi Karp, Ateliers Jean Nouvel artfully directs the play of reflections and water throughout the two towers. The development is the work of JDS Development and the interior design is also by Ateliers Jean Nouvel.
